I highly appreciate your kind words and support on my images, they so greatly mean alot my friends.
Not sure on where to turn. I had too cry on this one.
Too make a long story short, the humane society brought back my lil Tig er, guess she was unadoptable being feral.
She was overjoyed in seeing me again, mewoed like crazy was wagging her tail like a puppy dog, rolling around in dirt. Well anywho my no longer friend, just landlord said take that back to the humane society to be put down, I don't want it here at all.
If you don't I'm gonna serve you eviction notice. What right does he have to kill a loving creature that wants my love in return.
Hit me hard! And this is the short story on all this.
Not going do Credits on this, sorry, my spirts are low for mentioning this, and my self pity is getting to be bullsh#t huh? but Rods image he posted helped.

Very moody image, really nice atmosphere, as always great render and lighting.....just missing out on some shadows to give it that extra depth...yeah going against the grain to what everyone else has said i know.....

Landlords may usually use a 30-Day or 60-Day Notice to Vacate to end a month-to-month tenancy when the tenant has not done anything wrong. Many rent control cities, however, do not allow this; they require the landlord to prove a legally recognized reason for eviction ("just cause") of the tenants.
more importantly what sort of lease agreement you have....that's the deciding factor.....do hope it wotks out.....

I am very sorry, still, for all you've had to go through. And, as Darkglass says (above), there are legal things that may be in your favor, if you need them. Though I hope you don't. Your dark mood is captured in this image, with a very sly touch of humor too---love the skeleton with the little ball, and your title (I did my time). The model is commanding: great work with the gown, and her stance, and sinister eyes. And that yellow "X" in the background is a perfect accent, as is the bright green candle. Beautifully done (with a little mouse too). I'm glad you can create humor in the midst of everything. And I truly hope everything works out for you. Another really masterfully thought-out image from you...
Very eerie scene Steve.....it makes me sad to see it......it makes me wonder what the 'story' is behind this scene.....it's very depressing. About your problems......I keep saying.....move in with your Mom.....your problems would be solved!!! I keep saying you should do that......your Mom could use a helping hand, and it would help you too.
Hey, Steve I don't know your effective situation all, but isn't there a possibility to move somewhere, where you can take your Tig er with you (may sound silly, but I don't know any better)??? I have several cats (six in number) and I love them all extremely and they give me soooo much, that helps me to come over so many odds in life, I wouldn't give the least of them away. I know, that a lot of people just "look down on me", fell pitty and think of me as one crazy guy. But I dont care, because these are the same who think in the business life, that only guys in tie and a business suit are professionals and they are not able to see the qualities of a person just wearing a T-shirt and Bermuda pants and wearing sneakers.They as well never are able to see the true value in Animals. Yeach it makes me throw up!! Don't let your self be threatened. If Tig er is what gives you joy and make you feel loved, keep him in any circumstances and never ever let a healthy animal being put down just because it seems inconvenient to some people. Maybe it's silly speaking for you, but it's my heart speaking!!

That is a depressing scene Steve which totally shows what you must be feeling. I can't figure out your shitty landlord at all ! Anyone with an ounce of feeling for anyone other living thing will not be asking you to do that. I think like zaqxsw said, try to explain to the humane society your situation and ask them to keep Tig er for the time being until you can take it back. I have said this before, I think you need to move out of this place. Maybe like goldie said, move back with your mom. She definitely will be happy to have you both.
OMG! I am devastated by this story! That poor little kitty! My heart goes out to you and your poor little friend! I sure hope that something can be worked out! He is way too cute to have to leave this earth so soon! Prayers and anything else I can send your way!

Does sound like much of a landlord and much less as a friend. Tell him you saw a mouse in your apartment and you have the cat for that reason. Cats are no bother unlike dogs (I like both cats & dogs) which bark a lot and can bite. You would think your landlord would appreciate a little rodent control, like a cat.
