This insect was on one of our hollyhocks. I think he enjoys the view of our garden.
It's an old photo that I encountered in my mega large folders.
Haha, I could spend days sharing all my photos, I think this is the case for more photographers here, right?
Although I'm convinced that my leaflets comprise the biggest mess ever. (They also suffer PTSD, I guess)

I have not been on for so long. We finally got moved into our new home this weekend. But everything is still a big mess. There is so much I cannot find yet (including my brains) . I have missed many birthdays, including yours. I will never catch up here I know, but I do want to say hi for a quick minute as I take a little break. We still have a room to paint and so much to unpack and put together. But, we are so happy with the new house. It is what we were looking for all along. Even our cat has settled in quickly. Anyway, Happy Birthday late...very late. Oh and another bit of good news is that I finally got approved for citizenship. Now I just wait for the invitation to the swearing in ceremony. Now I must run off again, but I am glad to see your beautiful photo today. Love from Katherine
