I would guess that it is at sunrise, because the sky itself is bluish; at sunset, the sky shows more colors. The fiery-looking clouds are lit from below by the sun that is still below the horizon. Marvelous shot!
My computer is facing west so i think is a sunset, LOL!

yeah, sometimes you wanna say to sunrises and sunsets, "well, which are ya???" A beautiful shot, with great clouds and wisps...and beautiful deep oranges against that blue sky. The trees add just enough ground to root the image. You're known here for your sky shots, and this is yet another reason why.
