You did an excellent job, especially with the little details like the leaves and the distressed stairs. The wooden floor is really beautiful, as is our mysterious woman in white. Her expression is captivating and alluring, and I've got to say that draped cloth just barely meets the R'osity Terms of Service. Barely. I'm not sure I get any story from this piece, but I do get a nice mood of longing and a hint of regret. For me, the odd piece out in the composition is the chair. Although it does contribute to the balance of the illustration (the color is wise choice), even though it is realistic that it would be backed up against the staircase, it just looks odd to be at such an angle to us. If it were turned toward the camera just a little bit I think it would "sit" better with me (yup, there's another pun). But I'm just nitpicking – this is a stunning illustration. Thank you for sharing your vision (and hard work) with us.
