(am being briefer in some comments, only to save my arm...) I love your cartoonish characters, and this tall one is in such sudden light, like he popped into the light and was thrilled to be seen. Love that smile and those happy 'arms'. And the spider is delightful, as a ceramic-y crawly thing. Love these characters. And how you conceive them in this dark almost medieval street/hall I don't know; but it's you, and it's a delight. (Nice decayed can too. And I love the colors on the spider.)
