June is almost here, and what better way to welcome summer than with our lovely Swedish Sweetie, Summer! And as her first duty as head of the new T.N.A. Sweden Division, she is delighted to bring us some good news about Mike (Faemike55)!
I just got a call from Mike - he's through the surgery, and out of the hospital. He's doing OK, but is still dealing with the post-op pain. He'll be staying with his sister for a couple days, then will head back to the Treasure House Thursday - light duty only.. So get some of those strapping young dudes to do the heavy lifting. If there aren't any of those there, just abduct one temporarily!
Jo and I - and all the T.N.A. Girls send our love and prayers for fast and complete healing!
I do hope I got the Translation right on the calendar (or rather, I hope Google got it right - LOL) Mayhaps T-Rex can let me know on that one!

with all the heavy lifting and moving so many heavy things , I am surprised I do not have a hernia. I held a door open today for a vendor and he thanked me. I told him years ago I delivered 43 300lb money controllers and out of all those stores only one manager offered to hold the door open."actually he was a real jerk", and his offer did not change my mind any. after the company closed 35 of the stores, there I was picking them up along with all the store equipment. not mentioning all the 850 lbs freezers I moved by myself

well this will get mike to feel better! Big sensual eye-popper of a pinup, in all that pink, and your usual sheer light on Summer. She's right out of a 1960s pinup calendar, doused in pinks, and with a big painted rose in the background. Another top design from you, which I'm sure Mike will love. (And I laughed when you said you hoped your German was accurate: I used to know German, but no more. You pray that it doesn't translate as some crazy insult---it can happen! I spoke German to 2 German couples, years back, and I insulted the hell out one of the guy's wife! I thought I was saying, "you both look like you've had a great trip!" I won't tell you how it came out...But from what I see, your Deutsch is fine; you got nothing to worry about.)
As always, you go all out for Mike, and he deserves it. Hope you're feeling better with each day, Mike, and that that pain is lifting as we speak. Yes, the place isn't the same without you. Rest, and heal quickly sir M!

Summer sure knows her Swedish! But how many know their English? Thanks a LOAD for the Summer pin-up. I'm glad to hear Faemike is doing well and improving. When I was in for a check up on my hernia in December 2017 the doctor advised me to wait as 5% of patients wind up with inexplicable chronic pain! And no reason or cure for the pain. So I preferred to wait. I'm SO glad to see Summer again. I've been rather down and out, which is why I haven't posted in a good while. I'll try getting myself up and going again. And all the best to Faemike! :-)

Ach du lieber, Augustine! Actually, I do know more German than that. Great rendering in welcoming Mike home and into recovery status. But what a short hospital stay! Times have sure changed. Anyway, Summer, in her pink outfit, looks extraordinarily cool.
Glad to hear he's doing ok, but surgery is never fun. It's ....err....(quick conversion) 82F outside here. That's getting warm for these parts at this time of year. Last week we were barely cracking freezing.
