It took a while before I was here again, so it is high time to 'dump' some stuff here.
To start, with a few starfishes, made with Apophysis.

What a beautiful sea image Mies.
I see many starfish smile as they romp around stirring up sand from the bottom of the water.
The different colors, lighting and textures are very eye catching.

I am once again back for only 2 days, so I can only comment on a few images per gallery. That's a tough choice, with all this rich fractal painting you've posted. This is a fractal, but also a bunch of organic sea creatures sewn into a fabric backing. I love how this feels like a very old textile, perhaps from 1600 or 1700. Your starfish seem to 'emerge' out of your background. And you have these yellow 'growths' across the middle of the piece, like some strange, beautiful fungus or mold; or perhaps some sea plants growing off the sea floor. You even have a frame in the upper right corner...beautifully done, Jacomina: It feels like a textile piece in a museum. You did a great job with this.
