Awesome scene. Great work.
Has to be seen at least half size, to get the delicate sweep of your image---Marieke sits on a gentle slope, and that long tree-root snakes around it like caressing tentacles; while that wooden trellis (?) looms above them like protective arms. Your background is awash in back-yellows (sweet!) while the foreground is flat with moss and ferns. And Marieke is dark and reflective---her pose and skin tone suits her mood perfectly---while the nature around her goes on so peacefully. Beautifully done. As Rod says, "Nothing fancy??!! Holy, cow, Mike! This is gorgeous!" Even though it doesn't have the wild fantasy items you use in many of your renders, it still has that inimitable sense of a whole world contained in a single moment. It oozes with peace and tranquility...
