Indeed. I think my current computer is around 5 years now, so it IS time for something bigger an better. If it wasn't for the fact that I HATE changing computers and reinstalling everything
I think with different settings it should improve performance. The computer isn't bad as such, it's likely me who need to be updated on how to best utilize what I have :D

Very nice! I wouldn't have had the patience to let it render for two days, so my hat's off to you.
Well actually it took 3 days, the first - 24-hour render - turned out worthless .. so it was even worse than 2 days
But having already "wasted" a say on the faulty one, I simply HAD to let this one finish - with fingers and toes crossed that it would be worth it. And luckily, it was
