I like very much rendering result of your character, but used background don't match his colors. Tuning background colors or war outfits colors is needed .. I think

Very realistic render on him.
Very lifelike character! But this is where either postwork or a different light setup for the character is needed in my opinion. The way it is the scene looks as if the soldier is standing in front of a wall painting, the colours and tone of lighting just does not fit too well.
Still, the character and what is actually happening in the background is tense and thought provoking.
(lass mich wissen ob ich Dir beim Postwork mal helfen kann, per Postwork könnte man dem Soldaten sogar ein Emblem auf seine Mütze kleben ;) )
