“Aren’t we all,” Mykal admitted, giving voice to Myst’s revelation, hoping for an end to the snipping between the two stunning, but distinctly diverse, half-elven beauties. “All half-elves are I supose… regardless of whoes blood we have or what house rejects us,” Keya conceeded, a wicked grin turning her lips as she eyed Myst with a sinful glint. She could see why Mykal had taken to the alluring half-drow; there was a near palitable sensuality about her that was impossible to deny… not that she had any interest in denying it. Recognizing Keya’s look as her gaze roamed over Myst’s lithsome form, Mykal found himself imagining the possibilities. From his travels in her company he knew her devotion to Sune, the firehaired goddess of love and passion, left her with an appriciation for beauty in all its forms; inanimate and living… male and female! Rejected by her mother’s house, and with no knowledge of her father, Keya had always sought acceptance, but never found it in either her own home or with the traditional elven Seldarine. Though, she did find it with Sune’s faithful, who welcomed her with open arms and open hearts; seeing in her a rare and charming beauty long before it became physically appearant, and helping to coltivate her talents as a bard, which in turn earned her a measure of respect, if not welcome, from both her family and the elven community. However, since venturing out on her own, she found far more tolerance amongst the Dalesmen. She had crossed paths with Mykal several times, taking up with the often solitary young woodsman on more than a few occations, but his penchant for the wild never meshed with her pursuit of ancient lore, new songs and tales of daring-do. Which didn’t prevent them for finding solace in their shared condemnation, or enjoying each other’s company, but ment that most of their dalliances were tantalizingly short. They had once spent nearly a whole season braving the ruins of Myth Drannor, then wintered together at her mother’s boarding house, much to her displeasure, but parted company early in the spring when he set off to scout the drow encampments in the Elven Court, while she headed to the famous Fall of Stars festhall in Harrowdale.
