Gorgeous fruit with fantastic lighting and DOF.
Cool plant and creepy, remind me of star trek show where on one show some alien plant shot spores on the crew. Great shot my friend, I likey!

beautiful part of nature
Loll all eyes are looking. Great capture!
I can not help but I feel like that thing is looking at me with more than one pair of eyes. LOL Fabulous photo, Jean-Claude!
Looks like a bunch of eyeballs! Wonderful!

Looks like a periscope with many lenses (or maybe a natural shower head?) - nice find & capture...

WOW! Jean. fabulous photo great lighting.I didn't know much about this Lotus fruit and its very interesting . You probably know
Researchers report that the lotus has the remarkable ability to regulate the temperature of its flowers to within a narrow range just as humans and other warmblooded animals do.
Hope alls well for you and yours my friend.
No, I did not know these reports, it's very interesting, thank you for giving this precision, Dee!
Beautiful shot.
that is just too cool
Oh! Superbe!
