Nice design Mark - very much in keeping with the overall Lazloi aesthetic. I'm curious about the scale of the ship - is that a Lazloi/human-scaled doorway on the side, or a larger feature?
Yes it is a door way, although I'm still fretting about its shape.
I really like the idea !The shape is rather Bio or Organic in nature, maybe this helps in a time fold scenario.
