One thing I once knew about General tires. They only sold to OEM's so no replacements and thus these unusual tires were on something truly hot. I also know you have no mercy for "barn ready" at Concurs so this fellow is fortunate to be in a driveway. I knew a Charger in 1965 that begged off on Mexico and Cinco de Mayo in San Felipe and I took it's owner along in my Chevelle SS-396 to risk the PEMEX though we did take a taxi into Tijuana the night before so no galloping on dirt streets at the border. That was the Chevelle weakness and I replace it with a Chevy C-10 2 wheel drive with wide ratio 4-speed.
quite a journey, from tallpindo (above). Another decayed vehicle from you, this one less deluged, though where it's deluged, it's really deluged. I also love the two tones of the front compared to the rest of the car. Don't know enough about cars to know if that was the original design, or added by the owner. In any case, I assume it's not all rust---'cause that would be a ton of rust! In any case, you caught the big-beast presence of the thing, in the top shot; and your usual fine, contrasty composition. And the bottom shot shows a truck I wouldn't have guessed was there (on top): more crowded and just as fascinating. Love the play of reds in the lights, and how they contrast with the random nature of rust and water lintes. Another treat for the eyes.
