Description
Now known as Darmera peltata, but I prefere the old name!
It's also known as the Umbrella plant or Indian Rhubarb
It is a vigorous perennial forming an extensive clump of long-stalked, large rounded leaves attached to the stalk in the middle, with rounded clusters of star-shaped white or pink flowers on tall stems, before the leaves.

What striking blooms! One I will look up.
Cheery flowers whose stamens look as if they are reaching out for something. And a beautiful flower head in the second image with two visitors.
