Description
The first two months this year in the Phoenix area were below normal temperature wise, but no frost, and above normal precipitation wise. Winter Pacific Lows tend to bring precipitation statewide, rain in the Valley and snow in Northern and higher elevations of Southern Arizona.
One of these Pacific Lows dropped rain for a couple of days and it finally began to clear out. This is the day after the rains.
