Thank you for the wonderful wonderful comments and favs and likes on my renders.
Work doesn't seem to stop for both Miho and I... The extremely busy period did not end until last Friday and it had been all consuming.
Hope you all like the render !

Story :
Miho was out over the weekend for a bit of shopping and eating. She was at one of her favorite restaurant run by a young couple in their 30s. Both were excellent cooks though the wife took the additional duty of serving the customers. The restaurant was simple in decor but the food was great. Miho was there early and no other customer was there. They cooked Miho her favorite and then after serving her they started talking in their native language about how they both should attend the culinary school to expand their skills and the husband said unless they raise prices of the dishes it would be impossible to save enough to go and attend the culinary school and they did not want to raise the prices as they thought it would be unfair to their customers. There was sadness in their voice as they tired to figure out an alternative way to get the money needed.... maybe a loan but they were not certain the bank would give them.....
Unknown to them Miho understood every word. What they didn't know about Miho was that her could speak / read / write every single language and dialect in the world, including ancient languages. Miho could see that both of them really wanted to attend the culinary school and she understood their morale dilemma about raising prices and looking at them and around the restaurant it was clear that they just broke even to just be able to keep the restaurant open. So while eating she did a bit of research on the culinary school they had mentioned in their conversation and found that to be a very reputable one. Miho loved to help people who were hard working and just needed that little bit extra to better themselves. So as she finished her meal she called both of them and asked them to sit with her. She told they she had overheard them and wanted to help them. They were surprised at realizing that she understood their language. Miho had already calculated who much it will cost for the course, etc and wrote them a tip that covered their stay for 6 months (the duration of the course) in the city were the school was located and also the school fees and their transportation fees. The couple could not contain their surprise and joy. The wife hugged Miho and the husband shook her hand. They promised once they attended the school and were back, they would cook newer dishes for her. Both of them came out of the restaurant to say and wave goodbye to Miho. They felt really happy and well Miho was feeling happy too....
About this render :
They busy period at work continued... Hence the continued absence from Renderosity.. Finally got time yesterday to start on a new scene. Bought a new hair for Miho and I think she looks very cute it in.As usual the render started with Miho's pose and then I went about creating the story and environment around it. The scarf was actually pink, after changing the hue to blue I liked it better. That pose screamed handbag hanging from the elbow / arm so added a handbag. Then changed the colors on the handbag to match that of the scarf. After that went about adding the couple running the restaurant and posed them. Then added additional characters and a dog to complete the scene.

So extremely cool of Miho, Rajib! I would absolutely love to possess the resources to perform the philanthropic deeds she does. And wow! This hairstyle is absolutely gorgeous for her. Very, very beautiful. That's the first thing that caught my attention. Fantastic pattern on her top too. So stylish. Brilliant work with this scene, my friend!

I'm glad you're posting here again. There's been a drought with many of my fav artists missing in action. The storyline helps to drive this render, and the render is a great illustration for what the story has to say. I'm not sure which came first in the creative process, but it works great!
