Description
I dug this out on the day that I was set a personal programme at the gym by Kimble, the senior instructor. He makes no concessions for age, and it was very hard work.
I don't need cardiovascular exercises as I swim and walk a great deal, so it was all weights and resistance equipment.
I had hoped to lose my bar mitzvah flaps, and various other revolting loose bits.
This doodle was done during a boring meeting of some sort.
Compared to now, I look GORGEOUS in this scribble.
