Description
Emerging from the mountain pass it was only another hours trek down to the city below.
Over the past week Abiditan had stopped several times to purchase more slaves.
He was very particular in his choice, looking for attributes, strength, looks and intelligence that would ensure a handsome profit.
To be fair he took care to ensure his investments were clothed, shod and sufficiently fed for the journey……after all sick, lame, and dead slaves are worthless........and their shackled stones had been replaced, at least for the journey.
Warin had set up a rapport with Abiditan but was wary of his dog and Seluku, his lieutenant, who brazenly wore Warin’s captured leather clothing and had a menacing demeanour towards his captives.
It was market day tomorrow and Warin knew, that for better or worse, his life would take another turn all too soon……..
I like a challenge and the lighting for this render was challenging......I tried various styles, electing for this one even though I'm not 100% satisfied

That is a fabulous creation ! Pretty amazing. Must have taken you a while to compose and render it. The sky may not be the best one but it still works. And well you can always impore on it and repost.
Ambitious render
it's nicely detailed and matches the mood of your story. The light on the dog is not yet quite ok- I think it should light part of the top and throw a shadow to the right.
