Beautiful architecture. In this case, to avoid burned zones, try bracketing and combine differently exposed views either by HDR or DRI in Photoshop or Photoshop Elements, or Affinity Photo. Recently a friend verified that in such cases fixed focal lenses (affordable as secondhand stuff) do better than zooms, especially in wideangle focal lengths.
