Description

Thank you for all the wonderful comments hugs Dee Fun Facts about Swans Swans are grumpy, especially when they’re protecting their eggs or babies. They attack other birds that enter their territory. They’ve even attacked dogs or kids that came too close. After swans scare off other birds, they flap their wings and call to each other in celebration – sort of like a swan high-five! Swans live everywhere but Africa and Antarctica. Swans in Australia and South America are black or black and white. Socrates thought swans sang the most beautiful songs right before they died. This is why a last performance is sometimes called a “swan song.” http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3530256/Touching-moment-injured-swan-hugs-man-saved-life-remarkable-gratitude-knew-caring-arms.html#i-a770ea8a8f3f6f87
