Yes I'm still alive and kicking... I've been working on and off on this series, but I've been befuddled trying to write the narratives to go with it! I've gotten a number of kind comments on my older work recently mentioning my absence in posting anything new so I decided to put up the images without the story that goes with them and hope that I get past this writer's block soon!
This should have been the title page of the series...The symbol is a picture of a piece of jewelry I found posted on the 'net. Unfortunately it's creator and poster where not credited.

I was looking for a dragon-like ship's figure head to use on the title page when I came across this picture of a piece of jewelry.

Sometimes I get the images and text just pop into my head all at once and it's just a matter of getting out and onto the screen, other times I get one part or the other and struggle with the missing part... then there's times like now when I have the story-line, but just can't flesh out the details!
