Continuing some ongoing experiments with IDL lighting in Poser Pro 2014. Finally beginning to achieve better results after many hours of study and support from the forums here at Renderosity. Thanks due in particular, to the informative posts by Bagginsbill and many others, in helping to understand the application principles and lighting and shader details behind this.
Just invested in Poser 11 Pro, and now starting to play with renders using the Superfly renderer. Substantial learning curve still to go through, but starting to achieve some good results, with relatively fast render times using GPU acceleration. Looking forward to also trying Willdial's Genesis 3 figure conversion into Poser 11, in the very near future.
Once again, sincere thanks to all who take time to review and comment on my work.

So glad you've got Poser 11 Dean! You of all people deserve it and I know you will make good use of it. Yes, you're right about the speeded up render times. As always, you exemplify the "it's the man wielding the tool" truth: you can almost feel the figure in the image sigh, she's so believable. Your people have that warmth that gives the image an extra dimension. Truly a fine work, Deane!
