Finally able to post, after suffering from a nasty inner ear infection. Led to some very unpleasant effects with vertigo and balance, taking more than a few weeks recover. Pleased to report, now nearly back to full health again.
So, having dusted off my long overdue art pipeline, here's an improvement exercise with Reality and Luxrender. I finally managed to resolve several issues with OpenCL rendering, with a significant memory upgrade. The recent Reality upgrades have also helped to make rendering a lot more stable. Render time is still an issue, but at least no more system crashes :)
Still a long way to go with lighting, but this is the first of many learning steps along the way.

Wonderful model and pose.
Great to see your work again Deane. I've had one of those infections about two years ago. Even during recovery you have to be wary of sneezing and air pressure changes. I remember once time I thought that the car I was in had just flipped over. A very nice, realistic look to her. Love that sultry pose too. I should at some point look into software like Reality but I don't have the resources for now.
