great title, and great capture. I love that bull up there. (That's a bull, right? Those are horns, I think, and I think those are testicles...) We had a summer where artists painted cow sculptures and placed them all over the city. It was terrific. This reminds me of that, except this creature's not painted---per se---and he's definitely not on display. What's going on in your area??? People leaving dead bulls on the tops of shelters? (Is this a railway station? bus? It's definitely something recessed from the street.) Above those posters, this is art. Love it.
