I lost my daughter to a drunk driver back in '91, though she has been gone over 25 years, she will always be with me. I grieve with you my friend.
If I were to develop dementia/Alzheimer's and forget everything I ever remembered, I pray that the last memories I'll retain will be of those 5 short, but wonderful years that she was with me.
