I stayed at the house next to this store "out of sight" during my 4 trips to the Philippines. the store or building was not there then

Great shot. Wonder how much tax the Philippines charge for cigarettes. Here in Chicago it's $7.17 a carton, I think (not that I smoke, of course).

It took me decades to figure out how not to have any change in my pockets and thus no snacks. I sold them in a gas station when I worked there. Now I am an evangelist for poverty.
