Description
At home the Daffodils have now been replaced by Forsythia, but here is a picture out of the old bouquet.
I'm also very happy that again two other, kept Amaryllises became buttons.
It's always wait and see, whether they will do their best again, but yes, till now we had five successful oldies in bloom.
The oldsters do it best. (I hope this will come true for me too ;-))

your old flower photos have been beautiful as well. This old daffodil has a shimmering shine, it's wearing a chiffon gown, and it has great dignity. The dark background helps make this flower stand out---it's a perfect background for the whites, yellows and orange-golds of the daffodil. And you caught this with the leaves in perfect harmony with the flower: The leaves flow from the edges of each petal. A beautiful flower photo, of an aged flower with great beauty and dignity.
