Hmm... the elongated version of the SdKfz222 light reconnaissance vehicle. Designed for speed and easy hiding, they weren't meant to be seen or to be used in engagements. Thin armor (=light weight = high speed) and an MG for defense. Unfortunately, some commanders put them into the regular front line units, often with sad results. They were meant for hiding, observing (spying) and a quick dash to headquarters to report. These in essence were the eyes and ears of the army as to what the not-so-fast opponents were up to. Good paint job. Nice weathering. Interesting 2 point (?) lighting. A bit shine on the soldiers. Looking forward to more of this diorama. Keep up the good work! :-)
