Description
A break from my Budapest photos today (though I have a few more to share) for a couple of shots more recent & closer to home. A few days ago, we moved one of the bird feeders in our backyard to a new location & yesterday I was eating breakfast when I looked out the window & noticed the shadows that it cast on the fence. I grabbed my camera & took this shot - I just liked the look of the shadows against the wood grain of the fence...

Well noticed! This is great!
this is why it pays to have the camera at the ready, you just never know when the next shot will come
oh how fortunate that your camera was handy. I took some today also, but I only had my phone camera along with me.
The shadows make a great abstract; watch to make sure your feeders aren't too close to the fence, though; the squirrels will keep it cleaned out if they can reach it! Although that said, the acrobatics that they go through to empty a bird feeder are fun subjects for the camera!
Oddly, we don't have any squirrels in our new neighborhood. At our previous house, there were lots of them & we had to devise all kinds of devices & strategies to keep them out of the bird feeders & our vegetable garden.
Superb capture , fantastic game of shadows !!!!!!
well seen and capture !
Cool shot....
Fine capture!
