A compelling questioning of one of mankind's favorite past times. No one that has been there every remembers these as the good old days. On the other hand , politicians running for office , seem to remember the glory days with great fondness. It's easy when you never had any skin in the game. A wonderful portrayal.

there are heroes but politicians cause the reason for soldiers to be put into a situation to the end cause. there is no glory in killing people for the whims of politicians
