We here at T.N.A. take seriously (right) our duty to spread the word about worthy causes. And so, we interrupt our regularly scheduled programming for this short Public Service Announcement....
I saw this guy on the counter at the orthopedic clinic, and immediately thought of our two biggest dinosaur fans... So Michael and Art, this Rex is for you!
I was working on the printer right behind this guy, and he just kept cracking me up. So I had to stop and get a shot with my Ipod. Not the best quality, but hopefully it will generate a giggle or two.
I really think we need an advisory graphic for silliness..... :-D Not sure if to tick violence - this is just the aftermath! LOL

On a serious note I'm glad to see you don't take dinos for granted and treat them with the respect they deserve. You are an official "Membersaur" as in a member of the dino lovers club.

THUD! HAAAA! THUD! (again, trying to pick myself up off the floor!). MAN, this is SO funny I'm having trouble typing correctly! And to think, you had their pet dino behind you, giving you this inspiration. Man, THANKS A LOAD! Much needed laugh (and exercise) after a long, boring day! This abbreviation thing is really funny. And the text "donate - dinos are people too" is a riot! I just had to take a break from laughing to put Kitty out, she seems to think I'm crazy and attacked me with teeth and claws! I support anti-cruelty efforts for dinos. HOWEVER, if one threatens G4 or any of TNA, then all bets are off and it becomes luggage. :D

I'm on the phone now with my generous donation. By the way, do dinosaurs make good shoes? The alligator loafers I have are about worn out and I am thinking dinosaur as an option (ah just in case one of those intensive care patients doesn't make it, you know where to send the hide). ;)

your fans really love this, and they should---great piece, and the fact that you made it from a quick shot in bad light makes it all the better. Do your work cohorts know who they're dealing with? It amazes me that you came from years as a serious film photographer (pre-digital) and illustrator, etc, and have gone into so many digital areas, each with total panache and command over composition, light, etc, mixed it with terrific humor/tongue-in-cheek, and the ability to combine dialogue and description with it all. You turned this quick shot into a riot. (And btw, I wonder if anyone will call that number...I once gave a fake URL in an upload ((another site)), and several people screamed that it led nowhere.) Great bit, really well done. You can take these 'breaks' anytime. You do them wonderfully. (I like the warner bros cartoon characters on his outfit. At least you work around some people with a sense of humor...)
