Description
Today I learned another English proverb (I love to play with Dutch proverbs, as I write stories or poems).
But I'm not "playing with fire" here.
btw: "playing with fire", it is a Dutch proverb. It means you are doing something which is very risky, or dangerous.
Anyway, by taking the new pill's my doctor gave me, I'm "Out of the frying pan, into the fire".
As we say in Dutch: "Van de regen in de drup" (In English literal: "coming from the rain in the droplet")
But I'm not gone yet (by the wind). ;-)
Made by Apophysis.
Thank you very much for your friendship.

tres jolie
Think Playing with Fire means the same in any language and I know about Prescription Drugs, not sure which is worse the Pain without them or being Addicted to them, "Damned if you Do Damned if you Don't" there's a Proverb for you

I'm very sorry your flu is still "alive and well," and I hope this new medication will get rid of it for good. Do you do any holistic therapy? Ie, lots of Vitamin C, B Vitamins, Goldenseal, Echinacea, etc? I know Europe is much more holistic than the US; I wonder if your doctors have suggested anything holistic, since the medications have taken such a long time to work. Whatever you do, I hope you heal soon: I know it's exhausting to be sick for several weeks...
This image looks like the inner life of a jewel. You have jewel-like textures, lots of reflecting surfaces, beautiful light, and intersecting 'planes'. By "intersecting planes," I mean that you often create surfaces which intersect with each other: They flow in and out of each other, and they make a river of dancing planes. Your palette has many greens and aqua hues. And beautiful olive greens on top and in a few other places (along with some reds, purples, blues, etc). And there are some beautiful discs here too...the top disc (dark blue) looks like a jewel which is sprouting a flower. Beautiful image, Jacomina. I hope your medications create as much beauty as this image creates.
Beautiful !!!

Wow Mies, this is a fabulous fractal in very beautiful colors. It sounds as though you still haven't got over the flu yet, not a good way to start the year. I hope you feel better soon.
