Description
Captured back on 3/21/12, at the beautiful El Dorado Nature Center in beautiful Long Beach, California.
I almost got a Denise-like Seattle Juanita Bay atmosphere in this one, sans ducks, herons and turtles.
Bye.

oh, beautiful, and I'm sure Denise will concur! I love how the water just opens up to us on the bottom, and flows into all that restful shade---with rays of what looks like a big sunblast just off to the right of the shot. (I love that light up there.) The yellows on the left---mostly in reflection---are beautiful. And your low pov brings us right into the water, leaving aside most of what's above it, but for those beautiful overhanging trees. In a way, this is in line with your sidewalk shots, in that you're zeroing-in on the surface and all that plays upon it. A beautiful photo, Harry. Wonderful ripples too.
The colors you have found and captured here are very beautiful, Harry. One nearly needs to be at a park to find such beautiful ponds as they just aren't this pretty out in the country. Nicely done, Harry.
Must have been a little breeze to make those lovely ripples all across the water; what a beautiful shot, the golden light is magical!
Fantastic reflections and colors ... Marvelous picture my friend !!!
