Another Studebaker from the old truck museum in Jerome, Arizona.
Can you see the mountain? (Actually, I don't see so well. Is that a mountain?)

This is weird. The car is rusting away. The paint is almost gone but the chrome looks pristine. Terrific close up. And, yes, that is a mountain.
The chrome stands out well against the old paint and rust textures.
It really looks 'high' in several ways :), my friend. It's an absolute gorgeous photo to explore all the different tints of colours, which to my really looks like a water painting. Thereby, they are with so many, those colours that I'm impresses by them, Tara. What I also find fascinating are the lamps popping out in an explicit way. Oh, well if this is a mountain.......? Sure for a ladybird. :D
I see 2 big eyes and barred teeth. And in the eyes I see a huge mountain. Reminds me of Jesus quote about removing the mound in one's own eye before complaining about the grain in ones neighbor's eye. Keep up the good work! :-)
I see it safely contained. These rich colours are a joy, and the whole picture is a treat.

Marvelous warm colors and textures here. The mountain peak in bright sunny blues shines out among the darker colors! Super!
Excellent rust & chrome abstract. Yes, I see the mountain reflected in the chrome, but I also see a trio of mountains in the rust pattern on the hood at upper left...

I can see a mountain reflected in the chrome of the headlight closest to us. I also see some mountain-forms in the decay itself. (And you tell us there's a mountain, then you say "I don't see so well. Is that a mountain?" You work us all up, then you say "is that a mountain"??? Gotta work on your presentation, TK. We paid a lot to get in here, we drove a long way!) Another of your fun and wonderful closeups of mechanical things. In this case, the front of an old truck, with that beautiful old red paint, decayed, and the yellow chrome above it, and the white and pink (and so on and so forth) chrome on the hood, etc. With dark blues and purples in the fender---fine contrast. And lots of shadow in the rest of the shot, but for the red surface in the upper right corner. Another fine abstract from you, from an old great truck. And the grill itself is mountainous, so you have more than one mountain here. Beautiful work, Tara. You do old cars and trucks mighty proud.
Hey, I'm at about 70 minutes, and I think I did 9 or 10 of your many wonderful images. I'll be back for more. But I want to move to Bill now, so I'll leave here for now. Wonderful work. The american landscape is putty in your hands...Now onto your "other half"...(isn't that an expression? something like that?)
