Boiling blood - just right for Halloween !!!
Wonderful effect, a beautiful work.
your eye for composition with abstract fractals is superb! you have created a landscape with mountains and plains and with your diamond hovering in just the right place. This is just beautiful!
Amazing work Mies. God bless.
Awesome mix of red hot flames blowing in the wind Mies.
Very unique and gorgeous mix of fractals, well done !
Ditto, all the above. With a special "yes!" to tara. This is like a closeup on a very intimate moment, with lots of shadow around, and intense light on the center. Where the burning diamond is transforming itself into something even more beautiful and mysterious. Your rushing lines are wonderful. You have long lines (bottom, right) and swirling lines (on the left, and in the swirls on the top). And in the center, it's like a big abstract oil painting. Almost like the Abstract Expressionists of the 1950s and 1960s. Very intense, very active, something major is going on in there. It's like the atomic center of a diamond, where all the primal energies exist---the energies that allowed carbon to turn to diamond in the first place. It's beautiful, Mies...but with your work, that's simply a "given". I love what you called this. And really, it feels like an oil painting...I'll never know how you get that texture with fractals...
