What have we here? Let's see, a barrel of Spiced pigs feet, candles, wooden buckets, metal balance scales, iron pots, ceramic bowls, wooden handled knives...etc., etc.

What was remarkable to me at the time, and is again looking at this picture, is how familiar everything is more than 150 years later. We think we're so technologically advanced, and as far as electronics we certainly are, but everyday items haven't improved all that much. What a terrific shot!
