Here's Page 20 at long last..... This is my first try at uploading my story after the........... "Revolution." I'm not going to go into a lot of commentary on my thoughts on the "New" Renderosity. Most of you know I was on the razor's edge of pulling out of here - and definitely would have had Rendo's staff maintained the 1200 X 1500 image size. I still don't know what the file size is (this is well over the previous 512K), so if this works, they have finally given us larger file sizes.
Anyway, I've decided to stay on, at least for now. Like Art (Adorety) I kinda feel like I should at least finish this story I've been posting here for over 5 years. And I'd miss my friends (although a lot of you have joined me over at FA).
I'll do my best to keep up with commenting - I really don't like this new system at all - I much preferred getting the emails when one of my favorite artists posted a new work, or commented. But apparently, this is the way it will be from now on, like it or not.
Anyway, on to other things....
This was kind of a challenging page for some reason. My main Poser computer freaked out a couple times while doing the scenes in the hotel room. I don't know if it was because of all the stuff (there's a LOT of stuff) in the scenes, or if maybe I have a memory stick going bad... But I managed to battle my way through it (with lots and lots of 'saves' in between! LOL
Anyway, the story continues on Page 21 coming soon.
I may be taking a bit of a break soon. The table project is moving along, and I'll probably be tearing down the existing computer room to do the installation, along with upgrading the electrical outlets.

really cool scenes, Rod. I guess the only way to comment on favorite artists is to go through the entire gallery. If I click on my favorite artist, the gallery images are all out of order so there is noway to comment on the latest one.Glad you are staying!@!!!!
You have to click on the little icon to the left of the little bell. That's the 'activity feed' - I guess that takes the place of the ebots... This new Rendo sucks intensely!

I agree, this method of finding ones favored artist work just sucks.... to many times I miss them, I almost missed this!! They need to bring back the E-bots....

very happy that you still here Rod posting this awesome series, sensational work in each segment. glad the girls got things well in hand here.. and oh my i can feel that kick to the nads myself! hope your project goes well my friend. i will be trying a post at that other site soon, not sure if i'll be around alot at first. i so need to get high speed so i can navigate easier and not wait a lifetime for results,with my crappy DU. also need to post first and find my new friends there by the comments untill i get used to things. with little time and grandpa DU i'll have little time for both places untill high speed. but rendo will be my main home for now. take care my friend and enjoy the weekend. also i still have nearly invisable letters as i type my comment, hard to tell spelling errors like "Activity Fee".. 10++ on your page, Rod..
Glad to see another page posted here at RR, Rod! It looks great. So far, nobody has hit an upper size limit that I know of. Woot! :)

This is what I wrote in one of my tips, and I'll post it again here because you have a different audience than I do. It's helpful to get the word out!
About that Activity Feed (the newspaper icon, top black bar, right-hand side, next to your itty-bitty avatar)
Renderosity decided that your old favorite artists and your friends were ALL people you're interested in, and that you want to see their art! Now if you're anything like me, those lists weren't anything close to the same. My favorite artists were all on my friend list, but all those friends? Shoot! Most of them I've never heard of, and just accepted their requests because I'm a nice person and it didn't matter to me.
If you want to cull that list and take out people whose art you don't care about seeing in your Activity Feed, click on your teeny tiny avatar and choose "View Profile" from the dropdown menu. Scroll down a little bit and you'll find a number with the word "Following" under it. Click on the number, and you'll see a list of everyone you have on your list. You have the option to "unfollow" anyone you want. Be warned, though, once you click unfollow and close the window, they're gone for good. If you want to follow them again you have to go to their gallery and click the "follow" button.
If you edit that list, your Activity Feed will be much more useful to you!
I really wish I could rate this higher than 5! Great page. I can see why your computer did its coughing routine.

I was expecting more collateral damage, but she was focused on Sleazeball (or whatever his name) which probably spared some of the furnishings. Not too much of an insurance claim. And Sleazeball can't make any insurance claim because it's all his fault.
Man, this has me fired up for page 21!
Interesting the Rendo upload allowed this size. 4,000 X 4,000 is what I've seen. But that's great compared with earlier - something's gone right.
I see auntietek is going all out to help people find their favorite artists - she's even got her suggestions in your comment section. I learned by trying a lot of stuff out and hoping I didn't sabotage anything. Took a while, but I'm gradually getting used to the site.
I wonder what kind of computer you have - so many figures and props in each image and it still coughs up, despite coughing (pun intended).
Now, if we could get the TNA to clean up the rest of Wishington, DC (misspelled on purpose - politicos wishes versus the country's wishes).
Keep up the good work! Intensely looking forward to more! Don't forget progress photos from the computer room!

I am glad that your back with page 20 I just could not sleep at night until I found out what happened to the Girls from T.N.A (I can't sleep much at night anyway) I wish Rendo would have given us instructions on how to navigate the new sight,they probably did but they forgot to give us instructions how to find the instructions.

Excellent Rod. I'm glad to you are still here. I think the issue with hotel room images is Arawen's kick assery or Slickie. I'm sure she was causing some glitches with her kicks. I do like the one guy's comment too, "Where did she pull the cannon from wearing that?!" Just my kinda humor. Great chapter and great set of panels. I have to say, though, I'm really wondering what the alien stooges are up to.
By the way, what is "FA"? I'd like to see what other art sites are out there.
