Description
Henry Ford produced more than 15 million Model T's between 1908 and 1927. All radiators were made of brass until early 1916.
Can you imagine needing to shine up your radiator before going out on the town? lol
This is a very early Model T...note the gas lamp. Gas lamps were replaced with electric lights in 1910.

The colours are amazing, how beautifully looked after is this car. xx
What a beauty. My last 3 cars have been Ford's, but just this week I have changed to a new STI.
Wonderful and 'they don't make em like that anymore'.
Sweet shot Very nice
I love this rich golden pic, but I cant cope with all the ads!
Cool POV and ambiance in this shot of the Model-T nose, Bill.
I wonder if there was a spray around at that time which would prevent oxidation of the brass. Now that I think of it, I still had to polish up the brass on my belt and elsewhere when I was in the Army, and that was several years after 1916. And, they were manufacturing Model-T's during WWI? That's no way to run a war.
Love all the metal finishes. Pretty! Shiny! A most excellent shot, full of sparkle and reflections. Outstanding work!
The beginning of a revolution...beautiful shot
This is such an excellent photo in every way. The shiny brass, the POV and the fun facts. My grandma learned to drive in one of these.
Beautiful capture!!
But how beautiful it is, must have been blinding in the bright sunshine! Gorgeous shot!
Absolutely fantastic. This shining brass is so beautiful !!!
Very nice. I like the warm coloring - feels antique, like the car.
Cool shot....
Glorious closeup, Bill.... love it.
Beautiful brass tones & reflections - this isn't just a car - it's a work of art that a lot of care & skill went into...
Stunning capture my friend. God bless.
