High key bamboo, unscathed by vandals, captured back on 10/3/09, at the beautiful San Diego Botanical Garden in beautiful Encinitas, California.

zowie...I'm with Helle, this is a gorgeous shot. This kind of light could obliterate a shot, but here it sets it afire. BIg bold swaths of rich sunlight; and, instead of deep dark shadows, you have deep rich greens. It's all alit and opulent. And the rhythms of the stalks and dappled light/shades is wonderfully percussive. Terrific work, Harry. A real eye popper
