Description
Captured back on 4/5/12, at the beautiful El Dorado Nature Center in beautiful Long Beach, California.
A long distance shot I snapped of the affable fellow, which came out remarkably well. Just one of 66 pics of turtles I got that day with my point-and-shoot Canon. It was sunbathing on a raft on the lake and felt that I was invading its privacy.
Ciao.

Donatello!!!! Excellent Capture!!!
A turtle with an attitude, I don't guess you want to argue with the pugnacious slider, he might have snapping turtle genes somewhere in his background! Excellent portrait of this fellow!
hahahha so much fun
LOL! Dont go near that guy. I bet he would bite you, if he could reach you :) Fun and fine shot.
You did a very nice job on this fun capture, Harry.
Ah, ah, so funny !
spolendid capture of an old turtle ! the title fits exactly with this pose !!!
LOL, he looks rather grumpy and your title fits perfectly. Very fun shot, Harry!
Yes, it does look as though he is giving you a bit of a "why are you bothering me" glare. Beautiful captured though, nonetheless.
