Description
My workflow consist of DAZ Studio - version 4.8 Pro. 64-bit mode for Windows 8. Using Iray render, About 5 days or so composing in DAZ Studio & about 1 hours... And 45 minutes & 30 seconds rendering & about 35 minutes or so postwork in The GIMP. The base figure's here are Genesis 3 Female Victoria 7. and Genesis 2 Male. Here's my new outstanding favorite leading man. P3D Ashwin for Olly and M6 Created By: P3Design.
Well I must say the video card did help however and still blurry or see fireflies in my images if anyone can tell me what I'm doing wrong that would be amazing, however though I guess I am to continue using in learning Iray then I guess everyone will just have to get used to grainy images for me for a while Psy....

Really nice pool scene, Kim. I like it!!! You may have to burn your render a bit longer to remove the grain and "fireflies". By going into the render tab, under preferences change the Max Sec from 7200 (default) to 15000 or higher. Also right below that turn the Quality to "On" and change the quality setting to about "4". Oh, make sure your DOF is either off or focused exactly on your main subject matter. Hope that helps. :-)

It's a lovely image, Kimberly. Iray is great but I a lot of us struggling with same thing. In your render settings, start looking at increasing you max samples & max time. Also apparently setting convergence to 99 or 100% will solve grain problems, but I haven't gotten that far yet. Good luck & keep up the good work. :)

The composition and scene are splendid! I do not do any IRay, but I know that there is no end of rendering - the image becomes better and better, the user can stop in any moment. Probably you have to give it more time - 45 minutes are not enough.
