Description
I have seen wrecked vehicles before along side a rail crossing, trying to get people's attention of the dangers trying to beat trains.
I took this in Nebraska

Sh..., this fine car. Great shot!
That is something I wouldn't do, great capture!
Great idea,klasse shot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
A questo evidentemente piaceva collezionare segnali stradali. True interesting!LOL
Wow Richard, I've never seen anything like this before. This is a powerful way to make the point.
"Exquisite"
Sounds like an excellent idea. Some people always seem to need some drastic visual clues.
They probably think a train should stop and wait for them !!
Outstanding shot of this get to the point presentation!!
Fantastic scene and capture !!!
Not quite so Ram tough now... Nice capture...
Somehow, some people think that Superman built their vehicle and therefore faster than speeding train Great capture
Xcellent my friend !
Terrific find, Fabulous capture...:)))
sends a strong message i say. cool pic.
Unfortunately it may also encourge a few young people to attempt it! Still a good idea and nice you shared the photo!
Interesting capture! This grabs attention!
What a drastic measure to alert people to the danger. There are also frequent accidents at level crossings here. Perhaps they should place also such scrap cars as a warning. Excellent and interesting find and capture.
Same big problem in France.
Interesting advertisement :) , nice shot.
Never could understand the logic behind trying to beat a train... Pickup truck = 2 tons. Train = several hundred tons. It doesn't take much math to figure out who's gonna lose in a collision. Cool shot, Richard.
Got me thinking of the Metro Trains add Dumb ways to die So many dumb ways to die https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IJNR2EpS0jw
That is a fantastic photo and a shocking reminder to look both ways!
I think it's a great idea, but over here the police are now saying that any roadside memorial is a distraction to drivers. They are even trying to ban flowers and crosses by the side of the road................
cool
