Description
More of my once hidden and/or neglected fun and imaginative period of Bryce and Poser work from 2002 through 2006, now on display. This one created back on 8/9/04.
A birdlike model I picked up somewhere on the Internet. The platform rigs below - which I constructed - provide refueling and maintenance for the Goosamer craft.
Aloha.

Very cool, Harry; these may be the prototypes of the future! I can easily see them in use on the waterways around here. Great work!
Very Cool Scene and Water!!!!
Fantastic creation and composition!!!
excellent creation ! splendid SciFi scene !!! another talent from you !!!
Very nice! I love how nicely the water rendered too.
Fascinating structures, the flying boat (seen from underneath), the crafts on the water, the stations (with detail below and above), a striking scale---as the objects on the stations are much bigger than they appear in this perspective---a painterly sky and water, and obviously real thought throughout. But also, this shows your color sense so prevalent these mixed media pieces: You used such bold, powerful hues. Even with the subdued ones in this piece, you have such bold blue-purples (fuchsia) and peach tones and bright accents (ie, the stand-out aqua blue craft on the right, that yellow craft on the water on the left), giving it all a feeling of a vivid dream. You thought almost like a movie animator---esp the kind we have in the digital era, where such hues are more common than in the (equally beautiful) analog era. All in all, it makes a striking, painterly image. And---yeah, here I go again---a signature in a bright aqua blue! Love those signatures! A very soothing piece, in such a beautiful set of hues...
Well that's certainly different isn't it.. Nice recovery from your files mate, good post. Rob
