Lucinda is an English version of LUCIA.
Lucia is derived from the Latin word "lux, lucis" = light; mostly "born when it began to be light",
with the connotation of, "born in the early morning", and so "light bringer", or "light bearer".
Dearest Lucinda,
You probably know what is the meaning of your name.
In any case, this meaning has to do inspire me to translate it, and try to portray
in this congratulatory card for you, my dear friend.
In an effort to also show how a beautiful person you are.
Indeed, with a light that you carry in your heart, in your soul, which you,
in a sense your environment shows the tenderness of your soul,
in your approach to the sensitivity of the people and the world around you.
In it, you are a privileged girl, with great gifts.
For that reason alone I would like to congratulate you, but especially on your birthday,
I wish you more blessings for your whole life yet to come.

When I opened up to your image tonight, Pavarotti had just begun singing on Met Opera Radio. Visual and aural delight! I turned out the light and listened to the lilting sounds of Donizetti's "L'Elisir D'Amore" while gazing at your image. Wonderful! The light in your image has motion. The blue light seems to be breaking through like it is coming through clouds, or perhaps it is a glowing sea creature coming up from the depths of the sea, sending light and color cascading upward as it rises. The light shines forth in beautiful colors. It caresses the darkness around it in a wonderful dance. Your image is aptly titled for it is light in all its beauty. Colors, motion, and contrasts in wonderful accord. It is beautiful! Thank you! Thank you also for your kind and lovely words. Do you know that my first and second name can be interpreted as "the bitter bringer of light."
