Happy Friday everybody! Nothing too special here. This rendering is just a doodle of mine. Well doodle meets updating of a previous rendering from eight years ago. I do that from time to time as well. Though I will admit, the punchline I borrowed from David Letterman from some twenty years back - Heineken: Crunchy Style. So there is my tip of the hat to Mr. Letterman. Have a great weekend!

Clayton, you did an outstanding job on this humorous goodbye to Letterman. For my money he was never the same after leaving nbc long ago.

LOL! Too funny, and very well done! Frankly, I never cared much for Letterman as a talk show host.. He may be an OK fellow, but the few times I watched the show - when he had a guest I was interested in - I'd get so irritated. The man wouldn't shut up long enough to hear what his guests had to say. They could hardly say more than three words before he'd start running his mouth - it's like he had to prove how clever he was. Having said that, I wish him well in whatever path he takes.. I really haven't had much desire to watch any of the late-night talk shows since Johnny Carson retired. He was the best IMHO.
