Darth Idris Malcon is unique among the Sith. During his training and trials on the planet Korriban, he quickly established himself as one of the most ruthless, dangerous, and promising Sith in the history of the academy. His skills with the lightsaber are unrivaled, and his ability to manipulate others is extraordinary. He completed his training and went on to become one of the most feared Sith warriors in the galaxy, favoring red over the traditional black of the Sith order, he engaged in countless battles, earning the title, "The Red Death", all before the age of 35. It wasn't until an encounter with the Emperor that his true secret was revealed. The powerful Sith Lord, was not SIth. In fact, Idris has no ability to manipulate the Force at all. His successes were due entirely to his obsessive training and honing of his ability to manipulate those around him. This secret, known only to the Emperor, has been closely guarded, but as he nears the age of 50, he is beginning to slow down, and his abilities on the battlefield are not what they once were. In order to further his ends, Idris manipulated the politics within the Sith Council, getting himself appointed as ambassador to the planet Valkyr. Ostensibly, this mission is to bring the Valkyran people into the Empire, however, Idris is also seeking a way to secure power within the Sith Hierarchy. He has discovered a secret surrounding the planet Valkyr - A secret that could raise him, once again, into the higher echelons of the Empire and restore his waning strength.
