Description
Captured 5/10/15 @ 11:46 am, at the beautiful Fullerton Arboretum, adjacent to the beautiful California State University Fullerton campus, in beautiful Fullerton, California.
Specifically, in the desert/cacti section of the arboretum. On further reflection, I've seen and photographed something like this before, but the name escapes me.
Have a mega-favorable day.

Excellent Plant Study
Outstanding,
AMAZING !!! Fantastic captures my friend !!! It's really amazing !!!
It looks rather like a yucca of some sort; I have a few in my back garden that do that with the leaf tips when it gets dry for too long. Once a year it sends up a long spike with white flowers. Excellent series of shots of this pointy beauty!
Very nice shot, Harry... I agree with Denise - perhaps some kind of yucca. I took a shot very similar to this several years ago as I thought the curlicues were very interesting. Well found!
unbelievable plants !!! splendid shoots ! great interest on this strange leaves !!!
Got completely no idea lol Its really odd, but one I'd love to have.. By the way, that close up shot is brilliant! Well done. Rob
