Very long and very very red; I was amazed to see how little space all my things took in one of these. It's incredible how many houses' worth of good they pack in for a trip. Superb shot, Harry, especially taming that red!
Outstanding truck and colors... Fantastic shots also !
Someone must be moving a lot of stuff!
a big monster as a very long vehicle in front of the name of a company, reminiscent of a postal company in Westerns !!!
Wells Fargo is a well known chain of banks in the USA.
lol, a non-american wouldn't know what Wells Fargo was (claude 19)---so he thinks of the old westerns! When I first encounted that name---in the days before banks become nationalized---I thought the same thing: What, am I gonna be robbed by guys on a stagecoach? Anyway, this is a superb pair of shots. It's more of your 8:00 a.m. light (8:25), but here it's almost flat, making this almost a print, or a 3D render. It's a helluva shot, very longitudinal, with the bank's lines beautifully placed above this monster truck. The lone white lines on the road are wonderful, lone horizontals, against that big abandoned road. This was a Thursday (April 2), so at this hour I'd think you'd have some traffic! You got a great moment, because it looks like an abandoned part of town. Even the "1" on the truck (the "route 1" sign painted near the cab) points directly to the Wells Fargo sign---good composition! And the "Allied" is right under the other Wells Fargo logo. With that street lamp right in the center, and another coming out of the cab. Terrific spare shot, Harry. The second shot lets us see the front part of this monster, with that painted road (on the truck) STILL pointing to the Wells Fargo sign. And a tad of TJMaxx in the background. Your composition is first rate everywhere---even the lamp in front of TJMaxx is lined-up with the top of the building. This is about long space and dominating forms, and yet, in the first shot, you have lots of street between us and it. A big sea...Terrific work. And it's one of the longest trucks I've ever seen...
That is certainly on the long side.. You couldn't miss it lol Rob
