Description
The chateau at Chambord is one of the most impressive of all the chateaus of the Loire, but I've posted several photos of it in the past, so this time I just have a simple photo of the path which leads to it - which is as simple as the chateau is extravagant & ostentatious. But have no fear, the next shot I post will feature another extravagant castle...

There is beauty in this simplicity.
Was there a few years ago, a very impressing castle, there are a lot of beautiful castles of the Loire. For example, Amboise, Tomb of Leonardo da Vinci. Super Photo,excellent shot. I look forward to your other photos.

Picking up where I left off, this is a mix of heavy yellow light with an intimate "under the eaves" feeling. The light acts almost as a canopy for the shot, because what we really feel is the shadow and enclosure, all illumined by the light around it. A good angle too, getting the curve of the road, which falls into deep orange-reds after it leaves the small entry gates. A very rich protected view, with buttery yellows and honey ambers everywhere. It's as rich as a castle itself.
Simple but still a lovely entrance!
